About The Pastor 

Ed Bynum Jr., Pastor of New Kingdom Church, is a native of Rocky Mount, NC and currently residing in Raleigh, NC. He has facilitated a life groups ministry, coached little league baseball, and was a campus minister while studying at North Carolina Central University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.

​

Having a genuine heart for people, Pastor Ed began taking classes at the Raleigh Institute of Biblical Studies where he earned his Master's of Theology Degree. After serving as an Associate Minister at his father's church, Pastor Ed followed the Lord's leading to begin a new ministry, New Kingdom Church in Knightdale.  

​

​Pastor Ed has been married to his beautiful wife, Charlotte, for over 25 years and has two amazing children, Joshua and Chloe, who assist in ministry.
